We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Specialist to join our team at Forza Finance. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for liaising with customers, working closely with colleagues and external partners to determine their needs and source finance options for them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Work closely with colleagues and external partners to source finance options that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience of delivering a customer-centric product or service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£70,000 per annum, plus commission pay. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays. We offer a flexible approach to work and are committed to supporting our employees in achieving a healthy work-life balance.
