We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at The Post At Mint Hill Llc. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient maintenance and support of our systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the business to understand their needs and provide proactive support to ensure business continuity.
- Plan and engineer solutions to applications problems, administration or network issues, and provide 3rd line IT service desk support.
- Liaise with external suppliers to resolve issues and assist with the design and testing of disaster recovery procedures.
- Transfer knowledge to 1st and 2nd line support teams and update documentation in relation to infrastructure systems.
- Work with the business to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize performance and minimize disruption.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to commute to our offices in Solihull, Birmingham, with the possibility of hybrid working. We strive to offer a great work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible options for the right candidate.
