About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Network Team Lead to join our team at Clancy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of water network maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians in the location and repair of mains water defects
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they are fit for use and maintained to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement risk assessments to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our team members and the public
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the water industry
  • A full, clean driving license is essential, and a NRSWA qualification is highly desirable
  • Experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny, and a strong awareness of health and safety practices
  • A CSCS card or equivalent is desirable, and experience with machine driving (such as diggers or excavators) is also valuable
