About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Network Team Leader to join our team at Clancy. As a key member of our Southern Water contract, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of water network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of water network technicians in the repair and maintenance of mains water defects
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they are fit for use and fully operational
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure strict adherence to Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the water industry
- A good understanding of the construction and water industry
- A full, clean driving license
- A NRSWA qualification (desirable)
- Experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny
- A strong awareness of health and safety practices
