Job Title: Delivery Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a key player in recruitment, you will be responsible for advertising vacancies, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advertise vacancies and utilize various channels to find suitable candidates
  2. Review applications, manage interviews, and create a shortlist of candidates for clients
  3. Negotiate pay and salary rates with clients
  4. Work towards exceeding targets related to candidate placement, billing value, and business leads generated
  5. Collaborate closely with team leaders and business managers to understand project requirements
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be A-Level or Degree qualified, with proven fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An outgoing and friendly personality is essential for this role.
