  • Relevant teaching or training qualifications or experience are preferred (a PGCE is not mandatory); certifications like TEFL are acceptable.
  • Key skills include effective communication, self-reflection, comprehensive knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in communicating across various levels, including written and verbal interactions with diverse audiences such as youth, adult learners, support staff, and executives, both in-person and online.
  • Strong technical skills in IT, with the ability to confidently utilize platforms like Teams and Zoom, manage online sessions effectively, create engaging presentations, and use various presentation software.
