Position Overview:
This position requires close collaboration with the Concierge Management and Administration Team Leader within a compact team environment. The primary duties encompass delivering comprehensive reports to senior team members regarding daily operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Concierge – Administration Team Leader.
Key Interactions:
Engage with various stakeholders throughout the organization, including the Management Group and other business leaders. Responsible for generating administrative reports and facilitating communication among team members on critical issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Compile and present analytical reports on departmental KPIs, trends, and challenges.
- Serve as the primary user for system processes.
- Manage and distribute Zendesk emails, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new users.
- Conduct training sessions for seasonal team members.
- Promote personal growth by identifying further training requirements.
- Enhance product knowledge and brand recognition.
Performance Metrics:
- Precision of submitted reports.
- Adherence to deadlines.
- Completion rates for training attendance.
- Solicit continuous feedback from managers, colleagues, and team members.
Team Dynamics:
- Collaborate closely with management and team leaders to report on productivity and performance.
- Establish professional relationships across all levels.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively and amiably.
- Consistently influence peers and foster relationships throughout the organization.
Candidate Profile (Experience/Skills/Technical Competence):
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with tools and systems utilized in Sales and Customer Service, such as Zendesk and Microsoft D365.
- Strong communication abilities, dependability, and multitasking skills.
- A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- An analytical mindset with data manipulation capabilities.
- The ability to work autonomously in a hybrid role.
- Flexibility regarding work hours and shifts.
