Key Qualifications:- Experience in architecture related to residential, NHS, or educational facilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD at an intermediate to advanced level
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software and capability to produce rendered visuals
- Ability to manage projects from initial concept through to final execution
- Engage with Principal Contractors and other professionals to refine architectural designs
- Support the creation of construction documentation, including detailed drawings and specifications
- Possess a solid understanding of building regulations and planning procedures
- Conduct site assessments, collect relevant data, and generate comprehensive drawings
