Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Wisbech

Salary: £52k + package

Our client, a property maintenance company, is currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to work in Wisbech and surrounding areas.

You will be working on a repairs and maintenance contract in social housing, carrying out reactive maintenance tasks and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out site visits to assess maintenance needs and develop repair plans
  • Managing and coordinating maintenance teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Preparing and managing budgets for maintenance projects
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in property maintenance
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
