Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Hospitality Associate to become a vital part of our team at Genting Casinos, working a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and fulfill guest requirements, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Establish a strong rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying the accuracy of billing.
  • Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments.
  • Address and relay any guest feedback or concerns to management promptly.
  • Promote hotel amenities and attractions to guests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and directions.
  • Complete all assigned tasks during each shift and ensure a comprehensive handover at shift change.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise with guests during the overnight hours.
  • Process refunds and adjustments as necessary.
  • Take and deliver room service orders in accordance with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular security checks and patrols of the premises.
