Key Responsibilities
  • Review and summarise recommendations for clients, preparing template reports for Board papers.
  • Oversee emails on behalf of Trinity College lead Partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Coordinate various portfolio projects, including insurance renewals, fee preparation, expenditure reports, data collation for energy and decarbonisation projects, and data management.
  • Assist with updating and generating reports, auditing various IT systems, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Set up and authorise Jobs or Purchase Orders, maintaining a high level of financial accuracy.
  • Coding and approving of invoices, ensuring timely and effective payment.
  • Support with travel arrangements, including room and hotel bookings, ensuring seamless communication.
About You

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional with excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft packages, and a quick learner with the ability to prioritise and deal with a varied workload. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly. A self-starter with a can-do approach, you will enjoy a fast-paced, teamwork environment and have proven experience within a similar administrative position.
