Site Manager for Hotel Refurbishment Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a hotel in Beckenham. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams of sub-contractors and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the work of sub-contractors and site staff to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure the project meets the client's requirements.
- Liaise with the client to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure the site is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control the quality of work to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Identify and resolve any technical difficulties or issues that may arise during the project.
- Relevant industry qualifications, including SMSTS certification.
- Experience in commercial construction or refurbishment projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Pay rate: £250 per day. Duration: Approximately 1 month's work with the potential to extend.
