About the Role
CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee the external refurbishment projects for a well-respected Main Contractor operating in the Education, healthcare, and public sector sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope of works, including small to large stone facade refurbishments, across multiple sites in Greenwich.
- Be the first point of contact for the visiting contracts manager and the client, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
- Oversee the internal trades, focusing on the quality of delivery and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Have experience of delivering projects as a number 1 site manager, specifically on facades (stone works), and hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in overseeing external refurbishment projects. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
