We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join our dedicated therapy team at our Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Greenwich.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct specialist Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) assessments and treatments for patients with physical, cognitive, communication, and behavioural challenges caused by neurological injuries.
* Develop evidence-based therapy programmes, emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Independently plan and lead communication therapy groups.
* Act as Named Therapist to ensure cohesive goal-setting, therapy coordination, and discharge planning.
* Provide formal supervision to less experienced SLTs and/or assistants as required.
* Play an active role in the induction and training of other interdisciplinary team (IDT) members.
* Contribute to the implementation and review of SLT-related policies and service development initiatives.
