Position Overview: In this vital security support officer role, you will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of high-profile client sites.

  • Manage access control to facilities and parking areas for staff, guests, and contractors
  • Conduct regular patrols to deter and identify security concerns
  • Address customer inquiries and fulfill requests with professionalism
  • Verify identification passes with courtesy and respect
  • Engage and disengage alarm systems as required
  • Secure premises and entry points to prevent unauthorized access
  • Document any health and safety issues and provide first aid when necessary
  • Maintain precise records utilizing various management systems

This role offers flexibility to cover for absences and leaves, with varying shift patterns.

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess substantial experience as a corporate security officer and demonstrate:

  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong customer service and collaborative skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Competence in report writing and IT proficiency
  • A professional demeanor and appearance
  • A willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
  • A valid SIA Door Supervision or Security Guarding license
  • Positive background checks and references

Additional certifications such as First Aid at Work and AED training are beneficial but not required.
