Purchase Ledger Administrator Role Overview:

NC Associates is supporting a leading business with a newly created requirement for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their Finance Team. As a Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and external workflows, ensuring accurate matching to internal data, and providing swift query resolution for supplier invoices.

Purchase Ledger Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and external workflows using the internal operating system.
  • Ensure accurate matching of invoices to internal data.
  • Manage and manually enter invoices that fall out of process, investigating the reasons for unmatching items.
  • Provide swift query resolution for supplier invoices with relevant business departments or suppliers.
  • Liaise with the wider Finance Team and Purchase Ledger Assistants to ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
