Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough on-boarding and ongoing customer due diligence measures to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
- Investigate and analyze financial crime alerts, including PEP, sanction, and adverse media alerts.
- Develop and implement effective financial crime prevention strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of financial crime prevention efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure our organization remains compliant and ahead of emerging financial crime threats.
- Strong experience in a similar CDD/KYC/Senior Financial Crime Prevention role.
- Knowledge of financial crime and financial services regulations, including Money Laundering Regulations and FCA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
