Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operative to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring plant safety, availability, production output, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily production target requirements.
- Report data for quality purposes.
- Move, load, and unload product from the plant and vehicles.
- Meet customer service requirements for accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround.
- Continuously improve performance standards and plant production methods.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an industrial, factory, or similar environment as a Fork Lift Truck Operative, Multi-Skilled Operative, or Labourer.
- Good communication skills and a desire to develop operative and supervisory skills.
- Fork Lift Truck license (advantageous).
