About the Role
We are thrilled to announce an opening for an Aquatic Instructor, where you will engage in a dynamic and enjoyable setting alongside passionate colleagues. Your role will involve motivating others to collaborate and perform at their best. With your enthusiasm for teaching and swimming, coupled with your strong class management and instructional abilities, you will captivate our clients with your comprehensive knowledge and skills.
Our swimmer development framework aligns with the National Plan for Teaching Swimming, and as such, we require our Aquatic Instructors to possess at least a UKCC Level 2 qualification. While a Lifesaving Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) is preferred, we are eager to support driven individuals in obtaining these certifications through our ongoing professional development programs.
There are numerous pathways available within our organization. Starting your career as an Aquatic Instructor can lead to various roles, including Swimming Coordinator and Contract Swimming Development Manager.
In this position, we will provide continuous training and development opportunities, including assistance with your NPLQ or NRASTC qualifications, enhancing your customer service capabilities, and much more.
