We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Team Leader to join our team at Lifeplus. As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Care Administrators and providing excellent customer service to our network of associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Care Administrators to provide excellent customer service to our network of associates.
- Motivate and support the team to develop positive relationships with customers.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
- Resolve complex customer queries and complete follow-up actions.
- Use bespoke Lifeplus IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries.
- Conduct regular 1-1s and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Lifeplus to achieve our mission of being the world leader in holistic wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Previous team leader/supervisor experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- Positive and engaging communication skills.
- Flexible coaching and feedback skills.
- Ability to work in a team, ask for help, and trust colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize a varied workload.
- Take ownership and drive team engagement.
- Interpret department, team, and individual metrics for continuous improvement.

Working Hours and Location:
This role involves a mixture of home and office working, with a requirement to commute to our St Neots office. The successful applicant will be required to work a 5-week rotational shift pattern, with 1 day per week in the office.
