Salary: Dependent on Experience

Location: Magherafelt

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess construction plans and specifications to identify labor, materials, and specialized requirements.
  • Compile documentation and source material and subcontractor bids.
  • Engage in final negotiations and execute orders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure economical operations.
  • Work closely with clients to finalize rates, variations, and perform cost assessments.
  • Measure work according to contractual specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
