This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Personal Executive Coordinator to join a dynamic organization focused on renewable energy development, providing essential support to the Senior Leadership Team.

The company is experiencing rapid growth in the thriving renewable energy sector, particularly in solar and storage solutions, leading to a diverse range of responsibilities on a daily basis. Candidates with a background in renewable energy, construction, or engineering are preferred, but adaptability and a strong cultural fit are equally important.

While there is some flexibility for hybrid work, the expectation is for the role to be office-based 3 to 4 days a week.

Role Overview:

  • The primary duty of this position is to assist the CEO in organizing business meetings and schedules.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and the ability to think creatively.
  • Responsibilities include anticipating and resolving challenges related to diary management and meeting logistics. As the main point of contact, you will represent the COO in various business affairs.
  • We are looking for a motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and arranging travel logistics.
  • Coordinating business development initiatives.
  • Handling communications as required.
  • Attending off-site meetings as necessary.
  • Overseeing general office management and providing support to the Head Office.
  • Processing expense reports for the director.
  • Drafting letters and emails, creating meeting agendas, and proofreading correspondence.
  • Maintaining records and filing systems.
  • Coordinating information across various departments.
