We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Network Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling our product range.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in national and key account management, with experience in the FMCG space. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading distributor of fashion accessories, supplying goods to over 30,000 retail locations worldwide. You will be based in the UK, with regular travel to London required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the first point of contact with clear communication
- Work with accounts to develop ideal growth strategies, identifying and targeting individual and mutual objectives
- Monitor and optimise sales performance for all accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders within accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams where necessary and support on cross-functional projects
- Upsell and cross-sell product range as well as conducting a range of new business activities
- 3+ years national/key account management experience
- Experience within the FMCG space is a must
- Experience managing national/key accounts is ideal
- P&L management experience of national/key accounts
- Experience upselling and cross-selling is essential, alongside new business experience
- Based in the UK, commutable to London twice per week
