About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our national retail accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of national retail accounts, including Grocery, Wholesale, Discounter, Forecourt, Cash & Carry, and Symbol Groups
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue growth and increase distribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within our account base

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of managing national retail accounts at head office level
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to design, deliver, and execute joint business plans
  • P&L control or influence over budget and allocation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM software

What We Offer:
