As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking Corporate Parent Responsibility, ensuring the robust implementation of care plans that meet the holistic needs of children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with families, statutory agencies, and third-sector organizations to deliver a high-quality social work service.
- Undertake thorough assessments and progress permanency plans through adoption, special guardianship, or long-term foster care.
- Conduct child protection and safeguarding inquiries, and prepare quality statements for court proceedings.
- Participate in team meetings and service-related activities to contribute to the overall success of our programs.
