Under the expert guidance of acclaimed chef Jason Atherton, City Social has established a reputation for culinary excellence, offering an extraordinary dining experience.
Working in close collaboration with Executive Chef Paul Walsh and our talented culinary team, the Chef de Partie plays a crucial role in crafting exceptional dining experiences for our esteemed guests. This teamwork, guided by Chef Atherton, ensures that each dish embodies the signature style of City Social, creating a memorable culinary journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present culinary dishes with artistry and precision, adhering to the high standards set by Executive Chef Paul Walsh.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations within the culinary department.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in accordance with industry regulations.
- Foster effective communication within the kitchen team, promoting a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior kitchen staff, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or high-end dining venue.
- Outstanding culinary skills, with a genuine passion for crafting exquisite dishes.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities are vital for a collaborative kitchen environment.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are beneficial.
