We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Skipton area. This role involves approximately 4 hours of work per week at a competitive rate of £13.56 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Immediate start available with the potential for ongoing work that can be tailored to your schedule. A vehicle is necessary for transporting point of sale (POS) materials to various retail locations.
Location: Skipton, United Kingdom, BD23
Coverage Area: Merchandiser will be required to service stores within a 10-mile radius of Skipton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to prominent high street retailers, performing tasks such as merchandising, conducting audits, and setting up point-of-sale (POS) displays.
- Enhance sales by negotiating for additional display opportunities.
- Utilize your own transportation to occasionally carry promotional materials and displays, which may be sent to your residence.
- Establish strong relationships with both colleagues and customers during store visits.
- Utilize a smartphone or tablet for reporting via our application, ensuring high-quality photography and providing valuable feedback as needed.
- Assist in stock movement during merchandising activities, which may involve some lifting.
