Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith in Skipton. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy and inviting store environment, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Support colleagues in achieving store standards and goals.
