We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the incoming goods, storage, and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all warehousing activities are undertaken in line with the Operations Manual and service centre working instructions.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve their objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure efficient planning of resources to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring that all stock is properly stored and handled.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
