Field Operations Supervisors who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we assist are integral to our community service teams. We are currently seeking exceptional Field Operations Supervisors to lead our supported living services. This role is set within a supportive and friendly environment, working alongside a dynamic team that aids a wonderful group of individuals.

As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of staff with the aim of empowering individuals to achieve greater independence in their daily routines. Responsibilities include developing and executing personalized support plans, conducting assessments of care needs, onboarding new staff, performing supervisions and appraisals, managing medication competencies and audits, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, preparing reports, and assisting the Branch Manager with the daily operations of our services. You will maintain a close connection with the individuals we support by regularly visiting their services.

Participation in the on-call rota is required (subject to change based on service needs).

This role is ideal for someone eager to positively impact the lives of others, whether it’s by fostering confidence in our staff or helping those we support to gain independence and achieve their personal goals.

We seek Field Operations Supervisors who possess both the right experience and values. Therefore, candidates should have prior experience in care management or supervisory roles and either hold or be willing to pursue a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. A full UK driving license and experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors are also essential.
