Service Overview

NEC collaborates with governmental bodies to administer welfare programs aimed at supporting vulnerable populations. Our core function is to evaluate and process applications for grants, ensuring compliance with established criteria and timelines while providing assistance to applicants through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Entitlement Services, ensuring effective management of extensive operations while adhering to budgetary constraints and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Work in conjunction with the Entitlement Services Management team to exchange best practices and support colleagues in reaching organizational objectives.
  • Oversee all facets of contract execution, focusing on performance metrics, quality assurance, and team leadership.
  • Formulate strategies to improve service delivery and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Engage with partners to enhance service offerings and foster robust relationships.
  • Monitor performance indicators, empower team members, and provide comprehensive reports.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to boost profitability and promote staff development.
  • Represent the organization at external engagements to enhance our reputation and visibility.
  • Contribute to the overall commercial success of the organization and assist with human resources-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in team management and delivering services to governmental or social housing sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, achieving budgetary goals, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering positive change and maintaining ethical standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
