Job Description

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Scruffy Dog Creative Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Conduct regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

Education:

  • BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a relevant field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
