About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Elderly Care, Acute Medical Unit and ED, Neuro Rehabilitation, Community Hospital and Community Rehabilitation Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and patient preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and goals, and develop strategies to address these.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
