Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Washington, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Operations: Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Issue Resolution: Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- Certifications: CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
