Project Financial Manager

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects.
- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and track expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
- Review and update project costs as construction work progresses.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
