  • Regulatory Compliance: Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing accurate and readily accessible data from the SensCheck system.
  • IT Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team for system maintenance, updates, and improvements, providing valuable insights from a user perspective.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting system-related issues and inquiries from the laboratory team.
  • Data Security: Uphold data confidentiality and security protocols, ensuring sensitive production information is appropriately managed within the system.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform assembly, filling, and packaging of flavor capsules with absolute precision and adherence to company processes and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality assurance of dilution, filling, and packaging processes.
  • Visual Quality Checks: Conduct visual quality checks of packaged goods to meet established standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records, including completion of logbooks and accurate database entry of packaging data.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels of consumables used for flavor production.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor and order consumables as necessary to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Calibration Management: Keep track of calibration documents and certificates related to component parts.
  • Health and Safety: Follow general practices and good health and safety practices in all tasks.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping practices, conforming to required ISO standards and company policies.
  • Adherence to Instructions: Adhere to written and verbal instructions while maintaining neat and tidy working practices.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Diligently clean equipment and laboratory rooms before and after each production job.
  • GMP Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures at all times.
