Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week
