Department & Position Overview:
The HR Platforms Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Civica's HR technology solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring that HR systems are effectively deployed, maintained, and utilized to support HR initiatives and strategies. The successful candidate will be a tech-savvy HR expert with robust project management capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR-related systems.
- Continuously assess and enhance HR systems to align with the changing needs of the organization, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Ensure smooth integration of various HR systems with other business applications to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support while negotiating contracts and overseeing vendor performance.
- Provide training and support to HR team members and stakeholders on the effective use of HR systems, addressing system issues promptly.
- Safeguard the security and confidentiality of HR data across all platforms, implementing data protection measures in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Lead HR technology projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and process improvements, developing project plans and coordinating resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Collaborate with the HR analytics team to ensure HR systems deliver accurate and timely data for reporting and analysis, supporting the creation of dashboards and analytical tools.
- Work closely with HR leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in HR technology, evaluating new tools and solutions that could benefit the organization and leading their implementation when appropriate.
Requirements:
Essential Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of HR technology platforms and systems.
- Experience managing HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR-related systems.
- Configuration expertise in platforms such as Workday.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process enhancement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of data security and data protection regulations.
