HSBC is seeking a seasoned digital leader to spearhead our HR Technology platforms and align with Group HR People priorities. As a key member of our Global Enterprise Technology Business, you will be responsible for managing global HR Technology resources and implementing services tailored to regional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent HR Technology interests and lead the HR Technology team to deliver on agreed outcomes.
- Partner with the HR Transformation team, Global HR Service Owners, and Technology Transformation team to drive end-to-end customer and colleague digital journeys.
- Oversee global HR Software Delivery, including budget management, people management, vendor service management, contracts, and risk management.
- Build trust and influence relationships with HR and Technology Leadership, representing HR on all Technology matters and strategy.
- Agree on business strategy and priorities with the book of work and budget, ensuring mandatory regional/country requirements and SaaS upgrades/maintenance are addressed.
- Optimize HR Technology resources globally, leveraging the capabilities of staff in central and regional teams, and ensuring the right skills mix.
- Manage global teams, including data processing design, development, testing, conversion, and production support.
- Experience in a large multi-national organization, preferably in a regulated industry such as Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods.
- Experience in running large platforms and digital transformation, with a digital leader who has driven end-to-end digital customer and colleague journeys.
- A team leader who has managed professionals across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Any experience with HR processes and HR platforms is a plus.
