Mental Health Nurse Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health issues.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized care and support to patients with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Administer medications and provide emotional support to patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health nursing.
  • Recent experience working in the NHS, preferably within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
