We are focused on growth and offer exciting opportunities for personal and professional development. We are expanding our office team and are looking for a skilled Operations and Marketing Specialist to join us.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and will receive comprehensive training on our systems and processes. We are committed to supporting the training and development of our team through tailored in-house and external programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing and client account relationships
  • Oversee social media platforms and website content
  • Conduct email marketing campaigns
  • Create promotional materials and presentations
  • Maintain customer databases and manage client relationships
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, administration, and marketing within a dynamic team environment
  • Self-driven and confident personality
  • Adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Design proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Numeracy skills for data and order processing
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Maths and English are preferred
  • Familiarity with our products and industry is advantageous but not required
