Management Accountant

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team in Falmouth. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with our experienced Finance Manager to develop your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts with accompanying commentary for senior management.
- Lead project costings, cash flow forecasting, VAT reporting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Provide senior finance team with key financial intelligence to assist in ongoing projects.
- Commentate monthly financial reporting pack data to financial and non-financial department leaders.
- Support quarterly reviews and annual budgets.
- Identify areas for improving financial performance of specific divisions of the business.
- Regular liaison with external accountants and consultants.
This role requires an ambitious candidate with AAT qualification or equivalent experience, excellent IT aptitude, and a good understanding of the accounting lifecycle.
