About the Role

The Clinical Stock Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and availability of clinical stock and equipment. This includes coordinating stock management at our head office in Edgbaston, Birmingham, and delivering stock to clinics, as well as handling communication with the Clinical Operations team regarding equipment status and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Servicing and Maintenance: Arrange for regular servicing, repairs, and maintenance of clinical equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and regulatory guidelines.
  • External Service Provider Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers for timely and efficient equipment servicing.
  • Equipment Issue Communication: Communicate equipment issues, servicing delays, and operational disruptions to the Clinical Operations team promptly.
  • Equipment Status Updates: Provide updates on the status of equipment servicing and repairs to clinical staff and the Operations team.
  • Clinical Stock Audits: Conduct regular audits of clinical stock to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Stock Management: Manage clinical stock at the head office, including accurate processing, locating, packing, and timely transfers of stock in and out of the office.
  • Emergency Stock Delivery: Deliver emergency stock to clinics, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Stock Receipt and Organization: Manage incoming stock from suppliers, keeping stock areas clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Pre-Packed Stock: Pre-pack stock for collection and distribution, ensuring proper storage and shelf stocking to maintain inventory levels.
About You
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in stock coordination, inventory management, or a similar role in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively relay information to clinical teams and external vendors.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to lift and move stock as needed.
  • Driver's License: Full, valid driver's license and reliable transportation for delivering stock to clinics.
  • Time-Sensitive Tasks: Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
