Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce the establishment of new Community Diagnostic Centres, aimed at enhancing patient care beyond traditional hospital settings. We are currently seeking a Healthcare Support Specialist to become an integral part of our Ultrasound team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient experiences while assisting our Sonographers during ultrasound examinations. This position is part-time and requires commitment to work three days a week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to departure.
  • Accompany patients to and from clinical areas, providing clear explanations of procedures and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Facilitate the completion of pre-scan data protection and consent documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions post-procedure, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Accurately input all relevant patient information into the management system.
  • Handle inquiries via telephone, in-person, and other communication channels with efficiency and courtesy.
