About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our construction and engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the building services element from construction, commissioning through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage the building services element from construction, commissioning through to handover.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the onsite construction activities in order to maintain quality benchmarks.
  • Design Management: Assist the Design Manager in the discharge of the Design Manager's Specific Tasks and Responsibilities.
  • Design Development: Develop, in conjunction with the Design Team, competitive, technically robust design and engineering solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality benchmarks, review regularly and undertake final acceptance.
  • Utility Management: Manage the installation of utilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience covering design, construction and commissioning stages of complex projects.
  • Technical Expertise: A high level of technical expertise in MEP services including process engineering.
  • Software Skills: Competent in use of 4projects or similar Common Data Environment and knowledge of software including AutoCAD and BIM.
  • Education: HNC or above in a Building Services / construction related field.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license.
