Job Title: Asset Services Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Services Senior Analyst to join our team at Legal & General Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and processing of trade services across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze daily and weekly service delivery KPIs and KRIs, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
  • Develop and review procedures to support trade services processes and activities.
  • Manage operational risk and issues within the team and outsourced provider, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with secondary service recipients to ensure service delivery meets standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the asset management industry or relevant experience in trade services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of outsourced service areas, including operational service delivery and client expectations.
  • Experience in working with and overseeing 3rd party relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, KPIs, and service levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.
  • Industry awareness of regulations governing outsourced services.
  • Strong influencing skills in managing relationships and client service engagement.
