Job Title: Asset Services Senior Analyst

Legal & General Group is seeking a highly skilled Asset Services Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and processing of trade services across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and manage daily and weekly service delivery KPIs and KRIs, escalating issues as necessary.
  2. Identify and recommend procedural and process changes to improve the trade services operating model, in partnership with team members, manager, and outsourced provider.
  3. Create and review procedures to support trade services processes and activities, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Manage operational risk and issues within the team and outsourced provider, regularly reviewing and identifying opportunities for risk mitigation.
  5. Engage with secondary service recipients to ensure service delivery meets standards for today and future business levels.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in the asset management industry or relevant experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of outsourced service areas, including operational service delivery and client expectations.
  3. Experience in working with and overseeing 3rd party relationship service delivery.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, KPIs, KRIs, and service levels.
  5. Flexible and able to adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
  6. Industry awareness of outsourced service areas and regulations governing them.
  7. Strong influencing skills in managing relationships and client service engagement.
