About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Frasers. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services.
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create a unique and personalized shopping experience for each customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising and create impact with in-store events.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

  • You will be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
