Como Beauty Advisor, serás parte de un equipo de expertos que se encarga de impulsar la conciencia de la marca y las ventas, mientras que te aseguras de que cada cliente se sienta especial cada día. Serás apasionado por la excelente atención al cliente y la belleza creativa, incluso si no tienes experiencia en la industria.

Como marca de artesanía, buscamos a personas con una pasión por la maquillaje y un alto nivel de habilidad. Aunque una cualificación es deseable, no es obligatoria para este puesto.

Misión:

Proporcionar una excelente atención al cliente a los clientes de NYX Professional Make-Up y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.

  • Capacidad para trabajar flexibilidad durante las horas de venta, que puede incluir noches, fines de semana y festivos (excepto Navidad).
  • Desear aprender el conocimiento fundamental de los productos (características, beneficios, uso) y técnicas de aplicación para proporcionar los mejores resultados para los clientes.
  • Generar ventas para alcanzar el objetivo de ventas aplicando el método de venta de la marca, conocimiento de productos y siguiendo el flujo de servicio básico.
  • Estar cómodo para detener el tráfico cuando sea relevante, para compartir la belleza de NYX Professional Make-Up con más personas.
  • Capacidad para utilizar el software de caja y otros sistemas digitales necesarios para ejecutar con éxito la caja.
  • Mantener la calidad del mostrador/tienda y la mercadotecnia, incluyendo la apariencia y la limpieza del mostrador/tienda, seguir las directrices de mercadotecnia y asegurarse de la disponibilidad de productos en el mostrador.
  • Desarrollar relaciones positivas con los gerentes de piso de la tienda y la sede central.
  • Ser embajador de la marca con tu actitud, eventos y aseo personal en marca.
  • Conveyar pasión y maestría en la narrativa.
  • Conectar con nuestros clientes y cuidar, proporcionar buenas soluciones y atención al cliente.
