About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at D. M. Keith Limited in Grimsby. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximize car sales in a challenging, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate customer appointments and prospect new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our Customer Delight Executives to provide world-class customer care and selling more cars
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of up to £23,000, with a realistic OTE of over £43,000
  • Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance
  • World-class training provided by our own trainer and brand partners
  • Company vehicle available from the moment you join
  • 30 days annual leave, inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during annual leave
  • Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on family and friend's cars
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving license
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, an average of 41 hours
